James makes you feel confident in choosing his service, thanks to his quality installation, clear communication, punctuality, and friendly demeanor.
He is efficient, experienced, and clearly knows what he’s doing. For example, he adjusted the screw placement for the mount differently from the manual instructions. At first I was doubtful, but he explained and showed me that following the manual would have blocked the TV handles.
His approach was practical and effective. Overall, James is a good bloke who offers fair prices and delivers a clean, efficient job.

Amazing service from James and highly recommend! Wall mounted and hid the cables perfectly whilst giving incredibly helpful advice on viewing distance and best height of TV.

After being told that a channel would need to be cut into my wall, I sought out ProTV. I was advised by James that no such thing would be required, and he did a fantastic, neat job. Very happy indeed.
