What was largely rural land and vineyards two decades ago is now home to tens of thousands of residents spread across multiple estates — Lexia, Charlotte’s Vineyard, Coolamon, Malvern Springs and more. The surrounding Swan Valley is one of Western Australia’s oldest wine regions, with a mix of lifestyle properties, hobby farms and established residential pockets in The Vines, Henley Brook, Upper Swan, Caversham and Herne Hill. Properties here tend to sit on larger blocks with significant tree canopy — a key factor in antenna reception.

From a TV reception perspective, the area presents two distinct challenges: Ellenbrook’s rapidly densifying estates (where signal shadowing from new builds is an ongoing issue) and the Swan Valley’s tree-covered terrain (where mast height and antenna gain become critical). Both require an installer who understands the local signal environment — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
