Yes. All our work is covered with a 5 year warranty. Hills Antennas are covered for 10 years and Kingray amplifiers have a 2 year warranty.

Preferred payment method is either cash or card. An eftpos machine is carried on the van. Invoicing is then completed and receipts will be sent to your email address shortly after.

Yes, if you are commercial/business customer we’ll provide you with an invoice.

Yes, 10% discount will be applied to all jobs including service and installation works.

Most domestic installations are standard. Check out the TV antenna page or TV wall mounting page for prices and general information as they will cover about 90% of installations. If you think your job or property is tricky for any reason or you require a larger installation, then make sure you contact me for advice and prices

No, Pro TV in an owner operated business. The owner, James, will personally deal with all enquiries and installations.

It is preferred due to health and safety reasons, I may also need a decision on the installation from the homeowner whilst carrying out the work.

All key areas north & south and out to the hills of Perth. Basically anywhere within a 1 hour radius of Joondalup.

We’re generally kept busy with antenna installations, service works and TV wall mounting however. I also fit soundbars, projectors, speakers, TV points, DATA points.

It’s ok to move and reschedule your job, but please provide Pro TV with 24 hours notice. Pro TV reserves the right to charge a service call fee of $99.00 for last minute cancellations.
